Some of the Book Proceeds go towards rescuing victims of Domestic Violence

About The Book

This book is a love story to every woman or man who has ever felt oppressed, rejected, abandoned, abused, violated or alone, and has been silent.
For millions who suffer the trauma of abuse, this book promises to offer solid advice and guidance on dealing with abusive relationships, as well as the insights needed to help navigate through the most challenging process of healing from past and present trauma

Dear survivor and victim, yes you... maybe because of fear or shame, you have been silent about that horrendous event that changed your life forever. I wanted to leave this gift for you as the first step and permission to break the silence around the abuse that happened to you. You are not alone. As you read my story, my mother’s story and stories of many women I have had the privilege to work with, I hope you will take time to breathe, get courageous and begin to heal.

The additional Journal is a practical extension of the book, offered with compassion and understanding from a place of personal experience. The end result is for you to know the red flags of domestic violence & abuse, have a safe exit strategy plan, and finally live the abuse-free life you desperately desire. May this not be just any book, but a guide that will be used to empower women and men who have been victims across the globe, to speak up. A new life awaits...come with me.
